Read if your career needs a BOOST…

A key part of our Student Outreach Programme, Give A Grad A Go’s Boost network is a tight-knit and carefully selected community of final year university students.

In order to be part of the network, students initially apply with their CV, then progress to undergo a telephone interview with a member of our team. Once they have been successful, they are granted access to a range of careers-related support, guidance and advice at their disposal. Hear from successful Boost programme applicants on last year’s programme!

What benefits does Boost offer students?

A consistent support network – As a team of recent graduates ourselves, we know first-hand that trying to juggle academics and job applications can be overwhelming – so our Boost network has been designed to help ease the stress. Boost offers a completely free service that includes 1-to-1 career coaching sessions with members of our Recruitment team, hands-on support with job applications, and constant guidance during what is a hugely stressful time at university.

Introductions to companies we work with – We work with a number of the UK’s most exciting businesses, ranging from startups and SME’s to huge global corporations – all of them are interested in meeting bright, enthusiastic and talented final year students in preparation for when they graduate. Through being a member of our Boost network, final year students are one step ahead of the game when it comes to job applications – and have the option to be introduced to the range of companies we work with in their final year, or upon their graduation.
